Flowers have always attracted my attention throughout my entire life. I just feel this connection between plants and nature. It’s almost unexplainable. There is not any other flower as unique as the sunflower. Each petal is perfectly -yet so uniquely- organized around the center of the flower. The center is covered in meticulous detail, which holds the pollen. They come in so many different colors; the yellow sunflowers are the most popular.
Sure, plants are all around us whether we realize it or not. They are such a huge part of our lives here on planet earth. They help us breathe and we help them breathe. We all share something in common: plants. Nearly every corner of the earth has some sort of native species of plants. Whether those are trees, shrubs, vines, or flowering organisms, these make our world amazing.
Touching the sky is a feeling that is unimaginable. Flight has long been deemed as freedom in my own eyes. Just the sound of the engines starting up is enough to get my serotonin levels up. Flying just makes my own soul feel alive. The longer I am in the sky I feel less anxious. Looking out the plane's windows I always see the perfectly painted sky. Flying at sunset is like an artist took their paintbrush and painted the sky. Each color seems to blend together in a concise, yet flowing manner. Skies that are filled with clouds always make me think of cotton balls suspended in mid air. There is never a dull or a drab flight. The beauty of everyday life is that each one, and moment, is unique.
Continuing on my bucket list series I thought that I would add some dangerous, yet intriguing things to my bucket list. I long for adventure and a new understanding of both myself and the world. Whether it is discovering new heights, new depths, or even new achievements always has caught my attention.
When most people think of the phrase ‘a moment frozen in time’ they most likely are either thinking of a literal frozen moment, or a photograph. I love photography so much because of how it freezes our memories so we can enjoy them for years to come. On the other hand, what if a moment frozen in time also can refer to music?
