"The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity." A lot of individuals get confused with the idea of the decision to act. Amelia Earhart, one wise female pilot, once said this, "The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity." When curating dreams they do not just get handed to us on a day to day basis. In order to live and achieve those dreams that we find, it is only actions that leads to results. The greatest moments in life are only achieved by pure action and pure determination. In order to get from point a to point b one needs to persevere through and push to the end. "Keep throwing the punches" is what I like to say when discussing this topic. Over the past little while I have thought a lot about my life as a whole. The last blog post I wrote up was discussing the important moments and what I have learned from them. There was a press conference video I remember watching a few years ago that really dug deep into the concept of motivation. It is always important to remember that the human mind is way different. Oftentimes it is hard to find motivation, however the smallest things can be used to really fight the adversary there. For me, music is really that willpower to survive. I truly love to listen to music everyday. There is not one day that goes by that does not involve listening to music. The best moments always stem from the smallest things in life. Those should keep us focused on the road to accomplishment. There is really no such thing as a straight road. Think about driving. There are all sorts of twists, turns, bends, and so forth in the roads. While thinking about this concept it can be easily applicable to life. Always anticipate that curve, always anticipate what is next in your life. When thinking about all possible outcomes it is highly important to recognize that upcoming bend. Always remaining positive is such a hard feat, however it is necessary on the road to life. I can really attest to this as well because life throws unexpected curveballs. "Focus on the present because the present is what happens now. Learn from the past because that happened before. You can't change the past, but you can absolutely change the future. Use the past to make the present, which makes the future the most bright. You never know the impact your kindness, honesty, integrity, and positivity will have on someone."
