I love photography in a sense that it provides us with a small image that contains big memories. While I am not the best photographer on the planet, I still love to take photos of life's best moments. Being able to reflect and look back on these photos gives so much nostalgia. I can still remember being able to breathe in the fresh ocean air and feel the humidity touch my arms. The sunlight beat down on the island as if it was attempting to create a sea of light. The sun was warm as its light touched my face. A hibiscus plant stood in the middle of a small walkway giving a nice tropical vibe. It was a yellow hibiscus, the Hawaiian State Flower. "You don't take a photograph, you make it." This photo will always remind me of the moment when I stepped foot on the wonderful island of Kauai for the third time. These beautiful flowers cover the islands in many shades, shapes, and sizes. After all, a photo is a moment frozen in time. Once put away for the near future, the photo will flood minds when the photo book is opened yet again. " After all, a photo is a moment frozen in time.
