"Have you ever wondered what it takes to fly? Flying is an art, a science, and a passion. The action of flight spans deeper than just an action. My experience with flight runs super deep in my veins. The Wright Brothers didn’t just invent flying, they had a dream and they made it come true. Life is absolutely wonderful, but it’s even better whilst in the air. It’s that connection, the passion, and the sheer motivation. To me, aviation really is connection to heaven. I truly feel that connection to God while soaring through the sky. When I first discovered flight I truly realized that life is so much more than what we can even fathom. So I say… just spread your wings and fly." "Life is amazing and so beautiful. Every moment is not always so perfect. It’s hard sometimes because things get in the way. The most important thing to remember is to always give yourself credit for what you have done. Forgive and move on! Be free little bird, spread your wings, and fly." Aviation is such an expansive industry it is purely amazing to think about. There are simply too many opportunities within the industry that it would take a seeming eternity to list them out. When I was younger I always thought of life this way: 'anything is possible.' That is so true, but how is anything possible when everyone tells you it is not? Well, throughout time I think that I have really been able to figure out that nothing is indeed impossible. If you strictly think about the car for example, it is obvious that the idea regarding that seemed so impossible. I mean people were traveling with horses or on feet during that time. No one ever thought that the automobile industry would hit big like it has today. However, people had these immaculate ideas that they used, tried, and tested until they got a perfect end result. So what is impossible? Nothing. In school I remember learning about the different wars that America has been involved in. The three major wars being: the Revolutionary War, World War I, and World War II. Of course there is other wars in there and in between. No one ever thought that our country would be where it is today, now it took so much courage. In life it takes endless bouts of courage, honor, faith, perseverance, and so forth. That is how the biggest things have happened, have taken place. When we think about this as a broader standpoint, we can all see that nothing is impossible. The creation of the plane followed the same steps. This time it was two brothers that brought an idea to life. Through several trials, errors, and more they were able to get a successful product. Everyday there are new things being made and discovered. Why? It is not just because of people, it is because nothing is impossible. I have really had my eyes opened to this truth within the past few years. I have been able to see myself differently. Each and every one of us has something so different and unique -yet amazing. All of us plays a huge part in the world whether we realize it or not. Again, it is always the smallest things that count the most. There is a famous saying that goes something like this, 'the sky is the limit.' Ever since I was a young girl I remember this saying echoing in my mind. On one hand, I immediately knew that the saying is blatantly wrong. From a scientific perspective there is space beyond the sky. Inside that space there are stars, planets, galaxies, nebulas, black holes, and so much more. The Milky Way is not the only galaxy, and earth is not the only planet, and our solar system is not the only one out there. The sky is simply not the limit in scientific terms. There is so much beyond that. Life is all about choice, chance, change, and opportunity. I see that saying as false because everything is very possible. Many people use the saying, 'the sky is the limit' for life things as well. If the sky is the limit, then why has the world come this far? Why do we have planes? Why do we have cars? How did we get to where we are today? The answer is faith, choice, chance, change, opportunity, brains, and perseverance. When looking at how far everything has come, it has proved that the sky is never the limit. Mary McLeod Bethune said, "Without faith, nothing is possible. With it, nothing is impossible." “What is success and what is failure? Success is just failure a thousand times before the realization sets in and the brain understands. In order to be a successful person one must understand that perseverance is key. Sometimes life requires failure to teach the best lessons. Always use that lesson to build yourself stronger. Stand up and rise because you can indeed do anything. Anything is possible.”
