Weekly Flyday Post II
Touching the sky is a feeling that is unimaginable. Flight has long been deemed as freedom in my own eyes. Just the sound of the engines starting up is enough to get my serotonin levels up. Flying just makes my own soul feel alive. The longer I am in the sky I feel less anxious. Looking out the plane's windows I always see the perfectly painted sky. Flying at sunset is like an artist took their paintbrush and painted the sky. Each color seems to blend together in a concise, yet flowing manner. Skies that are filled with clouds always make me think of cotton balls suspended in mid air. There is never a dull or a drab flight. The beauty of everyday life is that each one, and moment, is unique.
"The beauty of everyday is that each one, and moment, is unique."
The important thing in life is that we live each moment as if it were our last. There are so many things on my bucket list, so I begin now. It is certainly hard to think that way, but that is the truth. The freedom of flight is one of those feelings that I cannot even fathom living without. Every time as soon as the plane lifts off the ground I cannot help but get jitters in my stomach. It really is a magnificent experience. If we all think about it, the splendid concept of flight is nothing short of a miracle.
Aviation has always been a part of my life whether I realized it or not. I was able to finally find that connection in 2017. Several events, people, quotes, and videos have inspired me to further expand my horizon.
"The feeling of flight is like no other feeling on earth. It gives the feels of freedom; challenging wind, gravity, speed, and simply what a human being cannot do. Jumping through clouds, hopping over storms, and feeling so close to heaven. Yes, flying is worth it, no doubt about it."
Why Do I Love Aviation?
